Do you repair laptops that will not turn on?
Yes. We assess the charger, battery, charging port and motherboard power path before proposing a repair.
Can you replace a laptop motherboard?
We can quote a compatible replacement when that is the practical option. The exact model, board specification, availability and data needs must be confirmed.
Can you upgrade my laptop’s RAM or SSD?
We assess compatible upgrade options. Some laptops have soldered memory or specific storage interfaces, so send the exact model first.

What does the diagnostic cost?
The diagnostic fee is R400 and is waived when the approved repair proceeds. Parts and labour are quoted after model and fault confirmation.
Can you collect my device?
Paid pickup and delivery can be arranged across Johannesburg. We confirm your area, collection window and transport quote before booking.
Do I approve the price before repair?
Yes. We explain the proposed repair and quote before work begins. Confirm the model, part option and any deposit requirement before payment.
Is there a repair warranty?
A 3-month warranty applies to most part replacements such as screens, batteries and keyboards. Ask us to confirm the warranty that applies to your quoted repair.
