Laptop
Send the full brand and model, charger symptoms and whether it displays a startup logo. Screen size alone does not identify a compatible panel, battery or board.
Television
Send the full rear-label photo, size, standby and sound behaviour, panel photographs and access details. Backlight, board and physically cracked panel jobs have different economics.
Paid collection
Confirm the device, actual address, handling needs, quoted transport and available time directly. We do not promise a fixed price, same-day repair or a local branch from an area listing.
Workshop or collection?
All workshop assessment is arranged through Fix My Gadget at 32 Murray Rd, Kibler Park. Contact us before travelling with a large or fragile item. A pickup enquiry does not confirm an appointment; the device, fault, address and transport details are reviewed first.
The R400 diagnostic is waived when the approved repair proceeds. Parts and work are quoted for the assessed fault. For a TV with visible panel damage, request a repair-value discussion before paying to move it.
